Questions we hear often

It's been years since my last visit. Will I get a lecture?

No. Dr. Deshpande built this practice specifically for patients who had been avoiding the dentist. We'll look at where you are today, explain what we see, and build a plan at your pace. That's it.

I'm nervous about pain. What can you actually do about it?

A lot. We take extra time with numbing, use topical anesthetic before injections, and check in with you throughout the visit. If you ever need us to pause, just raise your hand — we stop.

What happens at the first visit?

About an hour. We review your history, take x-rays, do a full exam and cleaning, and walk you through anything we find. You'll leave with a clear plan — no surprises on the bill.

Can I book evenings or a Saturday?

Yes. We stay open until 7 PM on Mondays through Wednesdays, and we see patients on Saturdays until 3 PM. Most new patients get a same-week appointment.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just photo ID and a list of any medications you take. If you have recent x-rays or a previous dentist, we can request your records — you just sign a release at the visit.
