What dental insurance plans do you accept?
Most major plans — Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, United Concordia, United Healthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Don't see yours? Call us with the plan name — we likely still work with it.
What if you're out-of-network with my plan?
We'll still see you. Many out-of-network plans cover a significant portion of the visit, and we'll file the claim for you and give you a clear estimate of your out-of-pocket cost before we begin.
Do you file claims for me?
Yes, always — at no extra cost. We handle the paperwork with your insurance so you don't have to.
Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for any covered dental care. We'll also give you an itemized receipt if you need to submit for reimbursement yourself.
What if I don't have dental insurance?
We have options. Ask about our $249 new patient special (cleaning, exam, x-rays — saves $150 off the regular $399). For larger treatments, we offer CareCredit 0%-interest financing and in-office payment plans.
Will I get a cost estimate before treatment?
Always. Before any treatment beyond a routine cleaning and exam, we walk you through exactly what it costs, what your insurance covers, and what you'll owe. No surprise bills.
